Episode # 26 - Alpaca, yes Suri!

Recipe to Share:
Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Zucchini Bread
3/4 c butter
2 c sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c milk
2 c shredded zucchini

Blend all wet ingredients together in large mixing bowl.

2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c cocoa
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 c chocolate chips

Mix together al dry ingreidents. Combine dry ingedients in with wet ingredients until completely blended. Spoon batter into 2 greased loaf pans, or 1 large greased and 3 extra small loaf pans (great for freezing and serving at breakfast on a hurried day).

Bake at 350 degrees, 30 minutes or until springy to touch for the extra small loaves, 45 minutes for the large. If two large loaf pans used, 50-60 minutes.
